About
Mr. Stec is an associate attorney with John
R. Foley, PC. He has extensive experience in all areas of family law,
including divorce, custody, parenting time, and support disputes.
Mr. Stec regularly assists clients with
custodial probate issues and estate planning, including preparing wills,
trusts, and deeds. He also counsels clients
in financial matters, such as commercial landlord-tenant disputes, real
estate transactions, and representing both debtors and creditors in
bankruptcy and collection proceedings.
Representative matters include:
· Obtaining regular,
consistent parenting time for a father after he was denied any parenting
time with his daughter for two consecutive years;
· Winning a
daughter guardianship and conservatorship over her mentally ill mother;
· Resolving a
high conflict landlord-tenant dispute on behalf of the commercial tenant
without any damages paid to the landlord.
